2. collection and storage of personal data as well as type and purpose and their use
I process the data which I have received from you in the context of the contract initiation or contract execution and on the basis of your consents. 

Your personal data includes your first and last name, address, contact information (e-mail address, telephone number), and bank details.  

In addition to your data, I also collect the data of your relatives, birth information, marriage information, nationalities, places of birth, educational degrees/university, employer information, information on the employment relationship, salary information, address and registration information, e-mail, mobile phone/fixed network/telephone at the place of work, driving licence, vehicle data.
Account information, passwords, Schufa information, tax ID and tax class, social security information, driver's license, vehicle data.

In addition, I collect information about the type and content of contract data, order information, sales and receipt information, customer and supplier history as well as consulting documents, advertising and sales information, information from your electronic dealings with me (e.g. your IP address or e-mail address) and other data that I have received from you in the context of our business relationship (e.g. in customer meetings).

As my business partner or supplier, your personal data include the name of your legal representative, company, commercial register number, VAT ID, company number, address, contact person contact data (e-mail address, telephone number, fax), bank details.

I process your data upon your request and in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b) DSGVO exclusively for the stated purposes. Data collection is necessary for processing and for the mutual fulfilment of obligations arising from our contractual relationship.

I process your data until the end of the business relationship, unless I am obliged to store it for a longer period of time in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c) DSGVO due to tax and commercial law storage and documentation obligations (from HGB, StGB or AO) or you have consented to storage going beyond this in accordance with Article 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. a) DSGVO.

3. Circulation of data to third parties
Your data will be processed in my customer database. The customer database supports the improvement of the data quality of the existing customer data. This data will be made available to my partner companies, as far as it is necessary for contract processing in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 S. 1 lit. b) DSGVO. 

Furthermore, contract processors commissioned by me will receive your data if they need the data for the performance of their respective services. These are, for example, IT service providers that I need for the operation and security of my IT system. 

If there is a legal obligation and in the context of legal prosecution, authorities and courts as well as external auditors can be recipients of your data. In addition, insurance companies, banks, credit agencies and service providers may be recipients of your data for the purpose of initiating and fulfilling contracts. The data passed on may only be used by the third party for the stated purposes.

4. Third country transfer
In principle, I will not transfer any data to a third country. In individual cases, a transfer will only take place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission, standard contractual clauses, suitable guarantees or your express consent.

5. Rights of data subjects
You have the right:
- in accordance with Art. 7 para. 3 DSGVO to revoke your consent once given to me at any time. As a result, I may no longer continue the data processing based on this consent in the future.
- to request information about your personal data processed by me in accordance with Art. 15 DSGVO. In particular, you may request information on the processing purposes, the category of personal data, the categories of recipients to whom your data have been or will be disclosed, the planned storage period, the existence of a right to rectification, deletion, restriction of processing or objection, the existence of a right of appeal, the origin of your data, unless it has been collected from me, as well as the existence of an automated decision-making process including profiling and, if applicable, meaningful information on its details;
- in accordance with Art. 16 DSGVO, to immediately request the correction of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by me;
- to demand the deletion of your personal data stored by me in accordance with Art. 17 DSGVO, unless the processing is necessary for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and information, for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims;
- to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data in accordance with Art. 18 DSGVO if the correctness of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful but you refuse its deletion and I no longer need the data but you need it to assert, exercise or defend legal claims, or you have lodged an objection against the processing in accordance with Art. 21 DSGVO;
- to obtain, in accordance with Art. 20 DSGVO, the personal data you have provided in a structured, common, and machine-readable format or to request its transmission to another responsible party, and
- to file a complaint to a supervisory authority pursuant to Art. 77 DSGVO. 6. Right of objection
If I process your data for legitimate interest, you can object to the processing of this at any time. I will then no longer process your data unless I can prove compelling reasons for processing worthy of protection which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims. You can object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct marketing at any time without giving reasons. 

7. Obligation to provide
The processing of your data is necessary to conclude or fulfil your contract with me. If you do not provide me with this data, I will generally have to refuse to conclude the contract or will no longer be able to execute an existing contract.
